BRAND & EXPERIENCE LEAD

Full-time role with a high-energy, hands-on holiday season (fall + winter are our Super Bowl).

We’re so excited to be hiring a Brand & Experience Lead to own the look, feel, and emotional impact of the Peacock Molak Holding Co. brands — starting with HT&Co’s pumpkin patches and Christmas tree lots and expanding across seasonal events and company-wide activations.

This role is for someone who understands that a brand isn’t just seen — it’s experienced.

You will translate brand strategy into immersive, high-quality environments that feel intentional, elevated, and unforgettable.

What You’ll Own

Seasonal Community Experiences

  • Direct strategy and coordination for pumpkin season, Christmas markets, composting workshops, and other annual events

  • Build repeatable event frameworks and playbooks

  • Lead vendor coordination and onsite execution

  • Ensure events are elevated, cohesive, and scalable

Brand Embodiment & Merchandising

  • Oversee pumpkin presentation and merchandising design strategy

  • Elevate tree lot and seasonal display and service experiences

  • Maintain experiential standards across all operating companies

  • Translate brand identity into physical environments

Cross-Brand Activation

  • Support all three brands through educational events, community partnerships, and office activations

  • Ensure alignment between campaign messaging and in-person experiences

Marketing Integration

  • Identify and coordinate strong content-capture moments

  • Support social storytelling through live activations

  • Help ensure experiences convert into repeat customers

What You Won’t Own

Warehouse logistics, routing, payroll, or inventory systems.
(Those live under Operations — you focus on the magic!)

Ideal Fit

  • Strong eye for design and spatial layout

  • Experience in retail styling, events, or experiential marketing

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Emotionally intelligent and brand-sensitive

  • Comfortable leading vendors and creative partners

  • Understands how experience drives revenue
